Giveaway: THE LEWTON EXPERIMENT By Rachel Sa

After winter dragged on for what felt like forever, we are finally experiencing beautiful weather here in Ontario! In fact, it feels like summer out there, which I’m sure has many of you dreaming of a few months free from school. Am I right? And some of you might be considering your first job (or reminiscing about some doozy summer jobs from your past)—aside from the odd babysitting gig, my first job was as a newspaper carrier. I thought I would celebrate the oncoming balmy months and the days of first jobs by giving away a copy of Rachel Sa’s young adult novel The Lewton Experiment!

The Lewton Experiment by Rachel Sa

From Tradewind Books:

Seventeen year-old Sherri arrives in Lewton, Ontario, excited to start a summer job as a student reporter. Instead of the bustling tourist town she expected, she finds deserted streets, gripped by a dark secret. Are sinister forces at play? Determined to unravel the mystery, Sherri defies her editor, outwits a rival reporter, and even stumbles into a romance as she launches her own investigation.

“Entertaining, tightly plotted, funny and terrifically creepy.” —Susan Juby, author of Alice, I think.

“This is a sly and often funny first novel that pushes the junior reporter genre into an unforgettable twilight zone.” — Glen Huser, author of The Runaway.
