Top Ten Books I’d Like Made Into Movies

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week’s list is the ten books I would most like to see made into movies. I don’t think any further explanation is needed for this list, so without further ado, here they are:

  1. Inkspell (and Inkdeath) by Cornelia Funke
  2. Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer: The film rights for this book were sold years ago but sadly nothing has ever come of it. I keep hoping (perhaps futilely) that someday something will happen with this…
  3. Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
  4. The Maze Runner by James Dashner
  5. Delirium by Lauren Oliver
  6. Reckless by Cornelia Funke
  7. Divergent by Veronica Roth: A film is already in the works. Yahoo!
  8. Variant by Robison Wells
  9. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
  10. This Dark Endeavor by Kenneth Oppel

Let me know what books you’d like to see on the big screen in comments.
